5th Floor Lounge & Alveole Beehive
Plaza 360 will be the home to a thriving beehive, expertly cared for through our partnership with Alveole. Once a year, all tenants receive a jar of honey made directly on our rooftop by the bees. Watch the bees at work in our 5th Floor Lounge.

Secured Bike & Scooter Storage Room
Plaza 360 Tenants have access to a keycard restricted Bike/Scooter Storage Room, which includes a bike repair station. Access via the Webster Street side entrance.
Title Boxing: Open Gym & 1st Class Free!
All tenants enjoy complimentary access to Title Boxing's Gym during Open Gym Hours. Sign up using the QR code or stop by Title Boxing for more details. Tenants also enjoy their 1st class free!
Plaza 360 Conference Room
Need to host a large event or a private meeting away from your office? Tenants can reserve our large conference room through the Visitt tenant portal for no cost. Conference Room amenities include: WiFi, Video Conferencing (including movable microphones/speakers), White Boards, and an adjacent kitchen for any catering or food preparation needs. Located in Suite 110.

Plaza 360 provides 24/7 Security through our partnership with Allied Universal, giving you peace of mind that your business location is secured, every day of the year.
Janitorial Services
All office tenants at Plaza 360 receive building standard janitorial services each weeknight (excluding holidays). Additionally, our dayporter staff is available for any immediate needs that may come up, like the all-to-common coffee spill.
Online Tenant Portal & Rent Payments
Submitting Work Order requests for Engineering, Janitorial or Security has never been easier. Just submit your request through our Visitt tenant portal and you're set. All tenants also have access to a portal to make and track rent payments online.
